On July 19-20, 2024, Hangzhou Zhengqiang Transmission Co., Ltd. conducted its annual Vocational Skill Level Certification Examination. The assessment covered two major categories: CNC Lathe Operator (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels) and Assembly Fitter (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels), with both theoretical knowledge and practical operation tests to comprehensively evaluate participants' professional competencies. A total of ?? candidates from the company participated in this certification.
To ensure a safe, fair, and impartial testing environment, the company strictly adhered to national vocational skill certification standards, meticulously preparing for the examination and enforcing rigorous test discipline. Each candidate was required to wear a numbered badge to facilitate accurate performance tracking by examiners.

For standardized testing conditions, all examination rooms were equipped with surveillance systems to guarantee fairness and procedural compliance.

Throughout the examination, strict operational protocols were enforced. For instance, candidates in the fitter assessment were required to wear protective gloves, emphasizing workplace safety practices for future production environments.
